How is Dr. Coyle competitively?

I took a long break and was a Twintelle main from pretty much before the game launched because I loved her design, but Dr. Coyle might be fighting for that spot. Playing around with her solo she seems interesting - I love the third arm mechanic - but is her kit too gimmicky for competitive? I was rank 16 when I last played FWIW.
