Ark dlc not installed, download at the store?

Whenever I try to get on a gen2 server it says the dlc is not installed. I checked to make sure gen 1 and gen 2 are installed and saw that the season pass wasn’t. I downloaded it and it still shows the same message. Could someone help me solve this problem.
