ARK not showing up in steam even though I bought ark from steam

I am reposting my post from r/techsupport because nobody answered my post but...Hey I have ARK: survival evolved on steam and it doesn’t show up in my steam library on my laptop but when i go onto my phone it still appears on there. I can also launch the game just fin if i press “play now” on ARK’s store page. I am still able to launch the game through that but it doesn’t show me the launch options. ARK: survival of the fittest shows up in my library too. What do i do?
