Ark updates have always been ungodly slow, however the last two ASA updates have like bricked my download.
Trying to download them results in it allocating space, downloading, then āinstallingā however the installing can be left on for HOURS and never get above 1%. Last time I tried restarting my PC which resulted in it finishing but saying āupdate files missingā so I tried again, and got the same thing. I ended up uninstalling Ark and reinstalling which worked. However, 3 damn days later I have ANOTHER update which is doing the exact same thing. Sitting at 1% for endless hours. Itās become faster to uninstall the game and reinstall it. Is there any way to fix this? Iāve tried clearing the download cache and obviously restarting/uninstalling. I would just like to not have to download 4000 gigs each month
