Crystal Isles Dino Additions Question

I'm playing a private server with just me and my girlfriend, one of the mods we have on is the CI Dino Additions. I love the liquified dinos, but they can't be bred. Is there any way to change that? Something in the config or settings I can change to allow them to breed? The female lays eggs, but never fertilized.
