food or the idea of eating can be overwhelming

If i dont use cannabis i have no appetite unless my stomach is growling and i have to eat. I also have bad anxiety and probably ADHD i get so flustered when someone asks me what i want to eat because i cant just think of things and choose i usually just have to go until i randomly get a "craving". Even my safe foods make me nauseous and gag most of the time. Is there any advice anyone could give me. Im not currently diagnosed im waiting on medicaid approval .
