Someone on a facebook group said I like "too many foods to possibly have ARFID"
I made a list of my safe foods. these are not all foods I eat within the course of a week, but over 6-7 months. anything else besides these foods are vile to me, and somedays I stick to 2-3 foods over a few weeks. I always try to my hardest to add different food group/have picnic meals. veg is a real struggle for me. I found I can tolerate soft canned veg like corn, but I can't tolerate leafy greens AT ALL.

Some foods go "on & off" for me like fries, or beef. I'm very very picky about fry texture/flavor/freshness, so there's hardly any i eat... and ice cream quality. I hate spring water. and tuna. and pizza. and orange juice. and tacos. and casseroles. and salads. and a lot of other things....

I cry or get overwhelmed when I can't have my familiar foods. I'll go hungry & my day will feel just...wrong. Some weeks, all I want is my cereal & yogurt & tea every meal. The thought of my unsafe foods makes my brain upset & makes my face twist up. When I used to go to my ex's house, they all wanted food from the pizza place, and most of the food at pizza places is nothing I'll eat (pizza & subs and salads) and my ex would make me feel bad about having toast and applesauce.

this is my list so far
