Hey, I know I haven’t posted here before but I just wanted to talk about my ARFID in pregnancy. Which has been extremely frustrating for me, because I also have severe HG. These both leading to 5-6 ER visits so far (I’m 10 weeks). My OB warning me if I don’t get my weight up that I will need to be tube fed as of 2 weeks ago. So within the past 2 weeks I have found a very very minimal amount of safe foods that don’t always feel safe, so I have been bouncing between with whatever I can tolerate.
My current foods that I have been able to force myself to stomach at times: Water. Light blue Gatorade. Honey bunches of oats. (Best case scenario) Raspberries. Buttered egg noodles with very light salt. Apples with the core and skin cut off.
So far for the past month that’s about all I’ve eaten that I can really remember but even these foods I have to rotate between because something just isn’t really right about them still. But they work.
I haven’t been able to touch protein or vegetables since I have gotten pregnant. I am currently taking prenatals.
