Safe food seems to slowly be disappearing from shelves

My current main safe food is Banquet Popcorn Chicken. Itā€™s always been a bit hard to find; I lived in LA with a friend for a month and we searched every nearby grocery store to no luck. Luckily, my main home in KY does stock them (...or did) and for like 5 years this was what I ate for lunch and dinner 98% of the time.

However, the local grocery store chain Kroger recently stopped stocking them altogether. We were lucky and found some at Walmart, but our last trip turned up barely any and we suspect they may stop stocking them soon too.

Iā€™m not sure what to do. Iā€™ve tried other freezer chicken nuggets or popcorn chickens and have only had partial success with one other brand, but theyā€™re 2x as expensive and last me about half as long. Iā€™ve also been working with a great dietician for the last year or so, and weā€™ve found a few other ā€œmealā€ foods I can handle, but having to switch to any of them full time is less than ideal and would likely result in a ton of food avoidance and undereating. I either barely tolerate them sensory-wise, or thereā€™s some other problem (too involved to make, too small of portions, also rare on shelves, etc).

Iā€™m stressed. Iā€™m usually not very avoidant specifically because I have this safe food that I like enough that I will actually eat it and like it. If I lose it, though, thereā€™s not much left. And my dietician is starting to lose patience with me because my goal is to expand my safe foods, especially for meals, but my sensory problems and executive dysfunctioning cause problems with so many that she feels like we are stalling on progress or Iā€™m closed down to ideas... but most of these foods make me nauseous. :(
