What is your weirdest ‘safe food’?

Usually when you think of a picky eater it’s just the quintessential ‘chicken nuggets and fries’ which is automatically placed upon us. But not all picky eaters are the same and sometimes they eat things that others don’t. So what is that weird ‘safe food’ on your list?
For me I think my weird ‘safe food’ would be tofu. Idk why people dislike it it’s basically plain, soft and chewy and has protein in it.
