This is going to sound silly but for the past few years I’ve been smelling a… weird smell around me. I changed laundry detergents before I realised the smell is actually coming from me, especially my skin and my hair even the lengths of my hair.

I know when your underweight you can go into ketosis but many people describe that smell as sour. What I smell is like a gross baby vomit, musty smell? It’s coming directly from my hair and skin.

I shower every single day. I use Dove body wash or Olay. I moisturise using fragrance free moisturiser, I don’t wear perfume but I use Secret Clinical Strength Antiperspirant. I only used to shampoo twice a week but I’ve amped that up to nearly everyday otherwise I can smell it in my hair ugh. It’s definitely not the products I’m using because I only noticed this smell when I hit a low bmi. My mum also said she can smell it on me.
