Texture safe grab and go breakfasts?

Hey there! As the title suggests I’m looking for recommendations for grab and go breakfasts I can buy or pre-make that work around my texture issues and contribute to a healthy diet that works in tandem with my other weight loss efforts. I’m also trying to avoid nuts while I wait to address possible diverticulitis with my doctor.

Texture wise I can’t stand any thing that’s “mushy” or “creamy” with few exceptions This rules out a lot of regular suggestions like yogurt, overnight oats, or anything baked with fruits. Since I’m trying to also get my stomach to not hurt as much I’m also avoiding nuts and seeds.

Obviously this counts out a lot of popular breakfast options, so I’m looking for some help here :)
