Almost all forms of caffeine are only found in unsafe foods for me. The exceptions are energy drinks, which, it turns out, have way too much caffeine for me.
After a coworker gave me a caffeine powder for my drink and I liked it, I tried caffeine pills at 100mgs. I also have quite “severe” ADHD, and focus and alertness at work is TOUGH. …Y’all, (the right amount of) caffeine would almost make me think I don’t have ADHD at all.
So, I guess just a pro tip: if y’all can’t drink most caffeinated beverages, try pills. They might work wonders :)
