Title pretty much says it all. I can’t do shakes (texture & creaminess). I don’t do dairy at all and I can only tolerate an alternative (soy milk) in coffee.

I’ve been struggling with my weight and body image really badly right lately. I’ve been trying to make myself eat larger amounts and eat more often but it’s just not enough.

I’d love to hear any tips/go to’s you guys have for increasing calorie intake and gaining weight that aren’t shakes ☺️
