Aero Precision EPC-9 spring

I just bought a Aero EPC AR9 8.3” and it came with the stock buffer spring in it. It’s a bitch to pull back. What are your recommendations on changing the buffer spring? I will be suppressing it once my rugged 9 is out of jail as well.
