What's the best long range barrel?

I'm planning on building an AR10 from scratch. I've owned a psa pa-10 in .308 and shot it out to 750 yards before running out of holdover with a sig buckmaster scope. I've sold that gun and focused on some other projects but I want to plan a new build that revolves around long range shooting.
Assuming budget is not a factor, what barrel would y'all recommend to shoot .308 to 1000 yards?
