Best way to level 85 for non-members? Sad that bloodmoon is nerfed.

The monster there used to be a level 99 and will give the players 1k exp. But now, the monster is now level 25 and only drop 250 exp to the players. My question is, what is the new best way to farm EXP/CP for non members for now?
