i got spoiled that hugo dies at the end of requiem by some people here in the reddit , so is it even worth to play the 2 games knowing that nothing will matter in the end since hugo dies? i just feel like it's pointless playing a game where the main goal is to save this character but in the end he dies but this is not 1 game is 2 so i wanna know if not i'll just sell the games

It’s worth it OP. There is a lot of character development that leads to that. It’s not just “Hugo dies”. Yeah, it sucks that you saw that, but believe me: It doesn’t make the journey easier. There is a lot to be learned with the characters’ relationships. I beat the game and even after knowing, I still cry like a baby everytime. Don’t worry. Enjoy the ride. (It’s a hard one)
