I am starting APUSH next year and of course, we have been assigned work to complete over the summer. This work includes a book report on a book related to American history. My teacher has provided a list for us. I have decided on any of these four
An Unfinished Life: John F. Kennedy, 1917-1963 by Dallek
The Tragedy of Lyndon Johnson by Goldman
In Retrospect: The Tragedy and Lessons of Vietnam by McNamara
Flawed Giant: Lyndon B. Johnson and His Times, 1961-1973 by Dallek
I was wondering if anyone recommends one of these books over the other or has any other suggestions. Thanks!
