AOL Email sign in issues (Help for a friend)

He's been using AOL since AOL was a thing and lately he's been having password problems. He's had to call AOL support because NOTHING on their website really offers any help. Unlike Google that sends verification codes for resetting a password AOL defaults to a call in page to call support,
Cutting to the chase, is there any way to reset a forgotten password without calling support?
