I don't know how well this post will be received, but does any of you specifically like rape/non-con works where the non-con is "romanticised" or glossed over?

... Because of fear?

I just want to know if any of you has the experience of reading works featuring rape where it happens and it's a bad thing, but it's not something the story focuses on or the characters just recover quickly or it just doesn't revolve around that, it just happens and they go on with their lives, like it's just another bad thing that happens to the characters... And if anyone who does likes them because of being absolutely scared of getting assaulted one day (or traumatised) and with these stories you can, like, tell yourself that if it happens it won't be the end of the world, and you won't be broken forever like how it seems many others make it look like

Asking for a friend 🤕

Edit: okay guys, I know there's nothing wrong with liking non-con stories, the post isn't about that. I wanted to discuss the reasons others might like it, nothing anti or proshipping 😅
