Do you think having too many WIPs is or has ever been detrimental to your writing?

I was wondering because I constantly start new WIPs and I do finish a lot of them, I think most. But... they are so many. So I wanted to know what's your experience, if it has affected in any way your posting schedule, writing, etc.
