WTF's happening with my kudos button?

OK, so randomly a couple of days ago, I got logged out of my account automatically, and ever since then I've had a specific issue with fics: If I leave a story overnight, I have to reload the story in order to be able to give kudos. My computer is pretty new (5 months) so it shouldn't be a storage issue. I use Microsoft Edge as my AO3 browser (pls don't judge me...). Can anyone give me advice/an idea as to what's happening?
