After that strong cycle 11 (strong models, wow factor photoshoots) Cycle 12 felt underwhelming... I guess i expected too much?

The only redeeming factor of the photoshoots on this cycle is the Mike Ruiz one and Tyra's photoshoot!! As much as i adore Mike Rosenthal his photoshoot here i did not like it.

Contestants felt very weak compared to cycle 11/cycle 10.. But many girls here are good runway models. But photoshoot wise they felt very weak (except Teyona, Celia & Allison)

I'll narrow down my thoughts on Cycle 12 top 7:

London: her elimination is yikes. She should've gone overseas. That Paulina comment on her elim is nasty. But i think her dead end will be on the Bikini shot if she progressed further..

Natalie: had a strong presence on runway. One of the strong runway models and took good photos earlier episodes but she is so snobby and BORING. She earned her top 6 spot

Fo: my top 3 most loved girl this cycle (behind Allison & Celia) started strong then floated in the middle. And flopped hard on overseas... her elim photo is horrible but i agree she was sabotaged. She should progressed further than Aminat. She's top 4 worthy. I love her attitude and she's so grateful on the experience. Along with Allison she's the most improved. I did not expect her also to last long. Glad she's very thankful to Tyra up to this day!!!

Celia: i prefer her being the winner this cycle. VERY MEMORABLE. took some good photos. And a amazing walker!! My most loved contestant this cycle (sorry Alli love u hun but Celia stole my heart) Love her drive and passion. Its the first time i saw the judges being impressed on a girl how she dresses/presents herself in the panel!! (First 12 seasons) A true model inside and out. I commend her also for that Thalia panel part. Her only downside is yeah she looks mature/old. But she is very pretty.

Aminat: MOST GORGEOUS MODEL this cycle. And don't get me started on that body. Oh God! Very stunning but she's very weak photoshoot wise. But she nails the runway. Mediocre photo portfolio but kinda redeemed herself on the go sees and some parts in the overseas episodes. But i think she overstayed her welcome. Top 7 is her placement for me.

Allison: my lovely Allison. One of my most fav contestants in Antm History. As much as i love her on all stars cycle (which i think she should've won that cycle!!!!! PERIODT) But she's very inconsistent here. This is not her season. Had some great moments photo wise early flopped in the middle part except that Mike Ruiz photoshoot. Then redeemed herself on the overseas. A perfect example of overseas slaying model. But i think she earned her top 2 spot. Her downside is runway i hate to say this but she's a flop in runway and on interviews/go sees.

Teyona: Very consistent. Earned her winner spot. Don't get me wrong. But i prefer Allison & Celia on the final 2. I didn't get attached to her. And knowing how much she hates Tyra/ANTM now. Big NO. A great runway walker also. Not much to say about her.

Overall i only liked London, Allison, Fo & Celia here. Love Tyra's looks. Love the Paulina/Tyra interactions and some Miss Jay's funny moments.

Hopefully cycle 13 is better than this. Please let the photoshoots on cycle 13 be good!!!
