Help: Error during Mesh creation

I'm starting to go insane and maybe someone can help me. If I want to create a new mesh in Ansys, even the simplest stuff, I get the error message : A general Error occured during the solution. I can't find anything anywhere how to solve it. My first steps where to simplify the mesh, simplify the geometry and then reinstall Ansys but nothing worked. Can anybody help me ?
