So in general animes have 12 episodes per part/season. Now although Attack On Titan has broken the trend many times, most of the times it's been to make the episode count higher than 12, lower being only in s3p2 with 10 eps. There's a very high chance that s4p3 will have 12 eps, or in the very slight off chance, 10 eps, but neither of them make sense.

Also so far there's been a consistent 1-1 chapter-episode adaptation, so if we assume the same for s4p3, we have only 9 more chapters to adapt. So this basically confirms that AOE will happen and it'll be longer than the manga ending.

Also there is another reason for 12 eps being super plausible. That is, if we get 12 episodes then the total episode count will be 99, so close yet so far from 100. Could be an interesting parallel to manga being 139 chapters when 140 is the numerology for freedom. Maybe just like manga symbolised that Eren went so close to freedom yet so far, the anime will symbolise that the alliance went so close to 100% stopping Eren, yet so far at failing at 99%
