One of the major things I love about ANR is how inherently non-sexual that it is. Now for anyone who has seen my videos, they may find that statement to be in opposition. However, extasy through ANR is a byproduct, not the main goal. I love that ANR explored euphoria, a term that is often mistaken for extasy. Euphoria is that calming relaxing feeling where you are in a twilight state and time can just drift by. Some have question how that can be for the suckler, as they are doing the physical labor. For me, that labor is one of passion and love. There is no “labor” in it, instead it is about connecting the mind and the body and enjoying that sweet embrace that allows a person to just lose themselves in the moment.
