One question I hear a lot is, "What do you get out of ANR?"

For me, ANR is a mental vacation. While suckling, I go into a twilight state where time passes unnoticed and the joy of the moment is fully realized. The difference between suckling and sucking (sexual) is night and day. For me, suckling is not sexual and I practice pure ANR separate from the sexual emotions. ANR is more of a massage session than anything else, and even though I am technically doing the work, I assure you it does not seem that way nor feel that way. ANR completes me in a way I never knew was possible.
