Best time of day to get FS?

I've been going to my usual spot for a while. They don't offer FS but they have givin me CBJ and they let me play around with them. I think im close to breaking that barrier to get FS, what time of day would be optimal to get FS? Again it's something they don't offer but these ladies "really like me". Would morning time be the best because they're fresh? Or are they too tired, would before closing be best? It's night and they might be feeling horny? Or too tired from work haha please someone throw me a rope
