New place in Caroline Springs in front of the gym

Might be a low chance but considering this is a predominantly Melbourne sub, does anyone here live in CS or go to Derrimut gym in CS? I noticed the massage place in front of it has been bought out and has new signs, but I noticed they added the typical neon sign and not to mention all of the windows are blocked out by curtains (which they were already). Wondering if this could possibly be an AMP. Yes, below anyone says it, I know I should take the punt. Just want to know what people's thoughts are who's seen it.
