So been doing this for a while... so much so that its been normalised with my wife in that I routinely get massages.

I am an office worker, work from home alot and get sore neck and shoulders so legitimately I do seek out a good massage.

For a few days I have been sore and need the shoulders seen to but wait until I have time (and a full load) to see my local and regular AMP.
