I have $121.56. What is the best used AMD laptop I can get?

Trying to figure out the best bang for the buck. Iām confined to the bed for now so something I can just plug in and use, but that can maybe run League of Legends TFT and RuneTerra under Lutris on Linux.
I have a Kabini E2-3800 laptop (4C/4T) (2CU GFX) - 16GB DDR3 1600MHz but it just does not seem to be able to do much more than 15-20 FPS which is unfortunate.
