Normal frame drops?

Playing Valhalla and wondering if this a normal FPS graph for most people? There is like quick spike drops but overall the game plays pretty smooth. I rarely notice a hitch. Maybe going into new areas etc but almost never. Is this just the normal course of gaming? I notice even on Heaven Benchmark the low is like 39 and the high is like 350 . Just overthinking it maybe nothing is wrong?
