High RX 570 temperatures, normal thing or a problem?

Post Body

Hey guys, I just got an RX 570 (Sapphire pulse) with a mining bios (which I guess isn't that big of a problem, if I'm right mining just reduces GPU life span, not performance) and it reaches 83° in games, the fan is also pretty loud.

Is this a normal thing with this GPU or should I be worried? Then fan speed is around 2600 RPM.
