Task Manager Says High Idle Clock, Ryzen Master Says Different?

So when i go into my task manager and look at performance, it says my cpu is at 4.2 ghz while idle, but in ryzen master, it says it’s at normal speeds and temps. Should i worry about this? Or just ignore windows and stick with ryzen master.
