Description of Original Problem: While trying to see if I get thermal throttling in my pretty small mATX case (InWin 301) I discovered that no OC App can read my cards clocks or fan speeds. Temps and VRAM usage show up fine.

Side note: I've also had a couple hard resets that I haven't been able to figure out the reason for. One was when alt-tabbing out of factorio for a discord call, another was when starting the time spy benchmark. Might be the ram that won't OC any higher...

Troubleshooting: Used DDU and reinstalled the drivers, no change.

Any suggestions?
