Powercolor 7600 xt hotspot reaching 90c

Evening folks, my gpu is about a month old. Straight outta the box and the hotspot is reaching 90/ 95c regularly while playing assetto corsa (a workout of a game) and gta online with my steering wheel.
Game Room gets to about 75 F but even when i dump the ac it still hits 90c/ 95c while playing and nosedives once i exit.
Any help out there?
