What does fluid motion frame need to work?

I asked this a few months ago, and got no help. So i'll ask again. I can't figure out why Fluid Motion Frames won't work for my PC. I updated to the latest version of adrenaline, 24.3.1. When I play Ark Survival Ascended, I get a notification under the FMF setting with a yellow exclamation mark saying that it's inactive because it's incompatible with the display mode. The game is set to fullscreen, and Vsync is turned off in the game. I had this same issue a few months ago with both Call of Duty and Assassins Creed Mirage. I can't figure out what the issue is. My GPU is a 6950XT. Any Help?
