Good voltages for ryzen7 7800x3d ?

Recently upgraded to this cpu but noticed unusually low benchmark results and high temperatures while running cinebench (i know cinebench is not good for benchmark when it comes to 3d cpus but my unit was literally thermal throttling). I made sure to re apply thermal paste but that didn’t help. Are my voltages too high ? How can I change them if them are ?
