Switched from a GTX 970 to an RX6700 (Non-XT). Despite this GPU being over twice as fast as my previous 970 I'm seeing even worse performance than before.
With all of the settings on low-medium I'm averaging 90FPS and stuttering like crazy where I was averaging almost 150-160 with my 970.
I'm a hair away from taking this GPU back to best buy and dumping the money into an Nvidia card. I would hate to do that because I really only play CS2 and occasionally pick up a new AAA title so I feel like that would be overkill. However, I'm completely at my whits end after trying to fix this problem over the past 3 days.
Other games seem to perform a little bit better than the 970, the most recent game I tested it on was Dying Light 2.
Can you guys help me save my purchase?

**All components of my PC have been recently stress tested and all hardware is working properly. Used DDU to perform clean install of drivers, steam overlay is disabled, tried -Vulkan launch option and made it worse.**
