Just build my new 7900x3d and wont boot...

Hi guys I got 7900x3d 6400 Gskill memory 2x16 and Gigabyte x670e auros master... when I start PC i got postcode C5 and PC wont boot tried with 1 memory changed the slots nothing helped... I tryed to Q flash plus it... however when I press the button i hear all my fans start to spin for 1 second and stop and the mobo dont start flashing... What im doing wrong it drive me crazy...

You'll need to use the phone or another device and look at it online cuz there is no manual that comes with it... I would of killed for a physical copy when building my pc. But I'm old school like that.
