So I just came back from a subpar movie experience at AMC. So I went to go see Godzilla minus one in theaters in color(this is important for later) and I get my ticket and go the theater, I sit down watch the previews and watch the movie, the first few minutes are in black and white so I say it’s fine but when we get to the scene where Japan is destroyed it does not change to color, I go to ask if there is a mistake and they said they would change it but after a few minutes the movie restarts at our place in the minus color version. I decided to get a refund and I get two free vouchers which are ok, but it doesn’t remove the fact that the experience was subpar so I wanted to ask other people who went to go see the “fan faves” Godzilla minus one 70th anniversary re-release, has this happened to yall?
