Anyone ever just take advance order snacks?

The title says it all lmao, saw someone take something from the advanced order pickup and through eavesdropping walking to my theatre I learned that they just grabbed one at random and didn't order anything.
What happens when the Original person comes to pick up their order , they just make it again? Does anything happen to the popcorn snatcher?
