Every single project, experience, interaction and install gave me the knowledge I needed to now get a Field Engineering position elsewhere without any college or additional schooling that I couldn’t afford.

No more Aerial pulls by myself in the dark or Repairing Damages done by the, less skilled, techs I’ve been behind. No more “Sorry I broke the fiber, can you bring me another 1000’ roll”. And never again the classic, “I know it’s Thanksgiving but all the techs called out so you have to cover the routes and get installs scheduled today done”
