As the title says, I have both schizophrenia and paranoid personality disorder - I am currently 25 and I've been living with those for about 10 years, diagnosed officially for about 5. I would love to spread awareness and help people understand those better, as there is a lot of stigma around them, to which end I thought I would come here and try one of those to see if anything good can come out of it. I am an open book, so any questions are welcome - worst case scenario I might say "I can't answer this because it has to do with my family" which I think is a fair position to have.

edit: I thought I would add this extra information so that people would have easier time coming up with questions: I have the full spectrum when it comes to schizophrenia, all symptoms to varying degrees, I had at least 2 psychotic breaks, 2 times I attempted suicide while under said breaks, and I have minor breaks weekly to biweekly. The only reason why I think that I am functioning in my 25 years of age is because I caught it early on - my last major psychotic break was...1 to 2 years ago, which is also when I last time tried to take my life. My family also has a history of schizophrenia going through my mother's line (and that might be the most details I am willing to share about my family) so it is very much a generational disorder that my family has been dealing with for at least 4 generations.
