I saw my best friend die - AMA

7 yr ago today my best friend had a psychotic episode. One minute he was fine and the next he freaked out, attacked me, tried jumping in front of moving vehicles and drowned himself in a lake. Autopsy showed that his heart gave out, mine too brother 🖤
I mourn his death but after so long I’d rather celebrate his life - ask me anything.

What drugs was he on if any at the time. Also how old was he? Sorry about your friend it’s absolutely a horrible story. Some people don’t ever find peace in this dimension.

Stimulants/drugs and lack of sleep are responsible for the majority of mental breaks. I am so sorry that you lost your friend in such a traumatic way. I used to be therapist and I hope you have been able to speak to someone about it.
