Post Body
There’s a lot more I could list out, but I didn’t want to make the title too long.
I’m 17M, and my therapist suggested I do this so AMA, I won’t share personal information (names, location, etc.) but other than that, ask anything about my past, current, situation, doesn’t matter.
Edit: I took a break from the internet in general, but I’ll answer anything left over.

As a therapist myself, I don't think it's the worst idea. I personally wouldn't recommend it to a client especially decently early on in the healing process as there's so many unexpected things that could come out of posting on here. But I've done AMAs myself about my own childhood trauma and experiences and just sharing it can be super helpful to put it out there rather than keeping it all inside because there really isn't another space to just so openly share about these horrific experiences besides therapy.
