So I was adopted as a young child and in the process my last name was changed.

Fast forward to the present, my partner of 6months and best friend of 11yrs has the same last as my biological name.

We both traced our family trees back many generations, and we are 100% certified were not related. I was litterly born and raised on the other side of the planet.

For extra coincidences my partner had a sister with the same first nane as me but sadly she passed away as a baby.

We have a running joke, that we don't need to get married to match I'll just change my name back to my biological last name I hate my legal one and legal father who the man's confess from and have considered it for years...
