From as young as I can remember, my father abused me. My experience was very similar to the book “A child called it”. He would create impossible chores for me to attempt to complete (think Cinderella) just to have a reason to beat me when I failed. He would alternate depriving me of food and then bathroom access. He would lock me in my closet with no food and limited water for days. He would then let me out and let me have food and water, but then lock me up for several days again before I was able to relieve myself. If I had an accident i would be beaten severely. As a result I have no sensation of full or empty stomach, bowels, or bladder. I go to the bathroom on a schedule.

Several times i ended up in the hospital from the beatings. My mother covered and made up accidents to explain my injuries…… two herniated discs, broken ribs, ruptured testicle, broken arm, broken foot, fractured skull, ruptured ear drum. Multiple times I was told i would be “beaten to death this time”, but was only beaten unconcious. Sexual abuse was regular, and involved forced sex with sister. Abuse continued until he left at age 15.
