Just like it says 23 years of the same toxicity I’m a self sabotaging people pleasing codependent with lots of trauma.
My wife always finds a way to be the victim. Gaslights and bullies me. Deflects and defends. Controls the narrative. Never thinks she’s wrong. Etc etc
